Corbières Gîte (sleeps 5-7 + baby)
Corbières is a two-storey converted stable, which can accommodate up to 7 people plus a baby. It has an open-plan living room, a double bedroom, a family bedroom, a mezzanine bedroom area, a bathroom, a private garden and a sunbathing deck.Corbières Gîte [click to enlarge]
Corbières : garden [click to enlarge]The gîte’s garden is equipped with a garden table & chairs, a parasol and a barbecue for outdoor dining. From the garden, the views of the grounds and the countryside beyond are a delight.

Corbières : dining area [click to enlarge]The kitchen/dining area is equipped with a full-size electric cooker, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine, along with a washing machine, a clothes airer, an iron and an ironing board.
Corbières has two large bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Corbieres : family bedroom [click to enlarge]From the living room, stairs (with a stair gate) lead up to a mezzanine bedroom area and a family bedroom. The family bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed.

St-Félix-Lauragais from Corbières [click to enlarge]Corbières Gîte is double-glazed throughout and has electric heating for the cooler months. There is room to park one car alongside the gîte, with additional parking in the car park, if required.

 
Minervois Gîte (sleeps 4-6 + baby)
Minervois is a two-storey gîte for up to 6 people plus a baby. It has an open-plan living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a mezzanine bedroom area, a shower room, a private garden and a terrace. A delightful orangery connects Minervois Gîte with Fitou Gîte.Minervois Gîte [click to enlarge]

The Orangery [click to enlarge]The adjacent orangery, which connects this gîte to Fitou Gîte, is ideal for sheltered dining as you enjoy the splendid countryside views.

Fitou Gîte [click to enlarge]Fitou is in part of a converted barn and can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby. All the rooms are on the ground floor and include an open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a private garden and an orangery.
The gîte’s garden is equipped with a table & chairs, a parasol and a barbecue. There are also some comfortable reclining chairs, where you can watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of local wine!Fitou : terrace [click to enlarge]

Cabardès Gîte [click to enlarge]Cabardès is in part of a converted barn and can accommodate up to 2 people plus a baby. All the rooms are on the ground floor and include an open-plan living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a private terrace.
