- Capacity: all gîtes can accommodate a baby in addition to the above capacity. A cot, high chair and baby bath are all available on request.
- Couples: Minervois and Corbières are available at a reduced rate for couples during Low & Mid season - please enquire for rates.
- Long winter lets: long winter lets are available from October to April - please enquire for rates.
- Changeover day: Weekly rentals in Corbières, Minervois and Fitou are Saturday-Saturday in Saturday in HIGH and PEAK season. Flexible start dates at all other times. Cabardès has flexible start dates throughout the year.
- Prices include: final cleaning, electricity, linen and towels.
- Payment in Sterling: Payment in Euros is preferred but can be made in sterling at the fixed prices indicated above.
- Security deposit: a refundable security deposit of 250€ or £200 is payable on arrival.
